General Expectation

We will provide services for prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, special dances, and short time of dancing. Following the dancing portion, we will require that all guests stay for a maximum of 2 additional hours to be a live audience while The Nashville Wedding Band shoots a promo video. This will entail that guests participate in: dancing, modeling, and interacting when instructed by coordinator or videographers. Following the promo video recording, we will finish the night off with a sparkler send-off.



  • Must acknowledge and adhere to the list of services and products we do and do not provide mentioned below

  • Must guarantee a minimum of 90 guests and a maximum of 150 guests for the entire duration of the night

  • All guests must subject themselves to the videographers instructions for the promo video recording after reception ends.

  • All guests must sign a Photo/Video Release Consent Form


What we are providing 


  • Venue

    • Full access to wedding barn, all outdoor areas, and bridal suites for bridal party to get ready and hangout before the wedding

  • Wedding Planner and Coordinator included

  • Florist/designer

    • Flowers for ceremony arbor, tables, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and cake

    • We pick the flower colors

  • Wedding Cake

    • Cake icing will be white with floral decorations

    • You can pick the flavor of cake 

  • Food Truck

    • Dinner with a fixed menu

  • Beverages

    • Tap Truck bar service providing Spirit-free alcohol choices and non-alcoholic options

  • Photography

    • Photographer during the entire day of event, starting 1 hour before the ceremony

    • Professional editing, minimal photoshop work

    • Access to all photos within 2 months

  • Videography

    • 2 shooters, fully edited wedding video 

    • All raw, unedited footage from the entire day

  • Hair

    • Bride’s hair 

  • Makeup

    • Bride’s makeup including airbrush and lashes

  • DJ/Emcee

    • Professional DJ for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and portions of reception

  • Photo Booth

    • Attended Photo Booth with unlimited prints and access to digital copies after the event

    • Backdrop and props included

  • Live Wedding Band

    • Your choice of up to 5 songs played live for reception

  • Tablecloths, linens, plates, napkins, utensils

    • All provided with colors we choose

  • Tables, chairs, and runners provided

  • Sparklers for Send-off
